The "Home & Away" Format Explained:

- Home Player: Chooses the game,sets the challenge (e'g',"First to 5 trick shots", "Best 60-second comedy skit on a given topic", "Freestyle rap battle on a random beat").

- Away Player: Accepts the challenge and competes on the home player's turf.

- Content: Each player creates and publishes their own perspective of the match (pre-recorded and edited) or streams it live.

The Creator League:Payment & Package Plan

Our Role: We are the Arena. We don't pay creators to create, we provide a structured, competitive league where creators can earn money through participation, perfomance, and audience engagement. The funds generated from entry fees, sponsorships, and crowdfunding are redistributed as winnings and participation fees.

How It Works : The 3-Step Builder

Step 1 : Choose Your League & Structure

Select a format that matches your goals.

Example : 4-Player "Home & Away" League

- Total Matches : 12(Each creator makes 3 videos).

- Format : The "Home" creator sets the challenge; the "Away" creator responds. This pushes creators to innovate, learn new content styles, and boosts engagement.

- Base Video Creation Fee : Set by you, from $5-$15 per video. This is the amount paid directly to each creator for their work.

Step 2 : Define Payouts & Prizes

- Creator Payment : Your chosen Video Creation Fee is paid to creators per match, based on league type (Fixed Tier or Alternating perfomance).

- The Prize Pool (Funded by You) :We recommend creating a winner-takes-most prize from the total video fees.

****Example : With a $10/video fee across 12 matches, the total creator pool is $120.

****Winner gets 75% ($90), Runner-Up gets 25% ($30). This incentivizes top effort.

Step 3 : Add Your Brand Sponsorship (Paid to Platform)

This is where you get visibility and we manage the logistics.

- League Sponsorship Package (e.g., $50 Flat Fee) :

****You Get : Naming rights ("The[Your Brand] Cup"), your logo on all graphics, and your name/link in every video description.

****We Handle : All organization, tracking, payouts, and legalities.

- Additional Perks (Revenue Share) : Elements like sponsored catchphrases are split 50/50 between the creator and the platform.

The Tournament Ladder & Prize Pool Calculation

The tournament is built in tiers. The entry fee per player is a "Video Creation Fee" - a guaranteed minimum payment for creating their match video(s).

Cross-Platform Average

To create a level playing field across different platforms, we use a combined average for both followers and engagement.

For Followers : Your total follower count is calculated by adding your followers from all eligible platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and then dividing by the number of platforms. This gives you your Average Follower Count

Example: (80k Youtube + 15k Instagram + 7k Tiktok) / 3 platforms = 10k Average

For Engagement (Votes): Similarly, your total engagement (votes,likes,etc.) is calculated by adding the counts from all your linked platforms and dividing by the number of platforms. This gives you your Average Vote Count.

Note: This system ensures that a creator with one massive platform and two small ones is evaluated fairly against a creator with consistently medium-sized audience across all platforms. It rewards a strong, balanced multi-platform presence.

Types of Tournaments or League Concepts

1. The Fixed League/Tournament (Follower-Tier System)

(Also called League/Tournament Order)

In this league/tournament, creators are placed into fixed tiers Based solely on their total follower count (e.g., 1k-10k, 10k-50k, 50k-200k). Your placement and fixed payment rate are determined by which bracket you fall into. It's simple: more followers automatically means a higher league and a higher, guaranteed price. Movement between league happens when your follower count crosses the threshold.

2. The Alternating League/Tournament (Perfomance-Weighed System)

(Also called League/Tournament Chaos)

This league/tournament ignores follower count for league placement. Instead, you are ranked and promoted based on perfomance metrics like engagement rate, content quality, or goal achievement. However, your actual payment is calculated by combining your perfomance score with your follower count. A high-perfoming creator with 10k followers could earn more than a low-perfoming creators with 50k. It rewards influence and results, not just audience size.

Note : Core Difference - The Fixed League/Tournament uses followers to define your status and pay. The Alternating League/Tournament uses perfomance to define your status, but followers to calculate you pay.

NOTE:

\* The Solo Challenge is a non-tournament entry point. A creator pays $5 to enter a specific challenge (e.g., "Best football trick shot"). The winner, judged by community vote/panel, wins 80% of the total collected fees.

Example Prize Calculation for an 8-Player "Champion" Tier

- 8 players pay $20 each. **Total Pool: $160.**

- Guarenteed Payout: $160 is paid back to the 8 players for creating their first-round videos ($20 each).

- Let's assume an additional $240 comes from a company collaboration for naming rights (Go to previous page to see part 3).

- New Total Pool: $400

- After paying the $160 in guarantees, the **Prize Money Pool is $240

- Winner: $180 (75% of prize pool)

- Runner-Up: $60 (25% of prize pool)
